Three paintings from the last two weeks. 1st is acrylic 24x48. 2nd is also acrylic 20x30. These two are just from my head, not copying a photo or another painting. This is a big step for me...just to paint from ideas. The third is a small 8x10 oil, which is loosely based on an old photo of a chicken house from my Stepmom's childhood farm. Most of it is made up. I had a lot of fun with the colors in this painting.

About Me
- hilary
- My name is Hilary Clement and I am a mostly self-taught artist in the Greensboro, NC area. I paint in both acrylic and oils.
Hilary, you're so talented! If we ever settle on a name for our baby and bedding for his room I might just have to hire you to paint some letters and paintings for us... I have no hope on my own. All of these paintings are really beautiful!
ReplyDeletemy favorite is the last one, reminds me of my border collie :D
